What I believe

Diverse audiences require creative approaches at every stage of product and service design.

How we use language matters. How we contextualize data matters.

Content design is more than labeling a button. It’s about taking the entire user journey—from wherever it starts, through its natural conclusion—and making it our own.

Age diversity enriches

Looking at workers ages 18 to 80s+, the Harvard Business Review stated, “Generational identity should be a source of learning, not division.”

My lived experience has taught me that age diversity on teams is a powerful force for good, if we’ll notice and use it.
